1. We will usually ship within 1-2 working days. Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.

2. Deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday.

3. Please Note:Due to the uncertain situation and inclement weather, the delivery of your package may be delayed. You'll receive an email notification when your order ships.

4.Your tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it on https://www.ecosusi.com/apps/trackingmore

5.If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service-au@ecosusi.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

*If the package is rejected, 10% of the refund amount will be deducted as the shipping fee.

*If the product is returned for non-quality problems, the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.

Delivery times will vary depending on destination. Please kindly take into consideration that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available.

Please note that some of our packages are shipped through international transportation. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs depending on the destination.



Shipping Destinations and Rates
Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. ECOSUSI cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
