I use this bag as a daily thing now, and it's absolutely adorable - but the straps can hurt at times, especially when its a bit heavy. Of course, it was more about the design rather than comfort, but it's my only quip. Otherwise, a vey pretty bag! It's a bit weird to tetris fit my things in it, but I think it works.

Super cute and works for what I need it for (going to uni). But the leather on the bottom has began peeling off and it feels like the top buckle for the straps (in backpack mode) is ripping off the bag. The buckles also dig into your shoulders if you have it as a backpack as a fair warning. I've only owned this bag for like 6 months tops.
I take public transport and often have a book, bottle, ipad and laptop in my bag so that might be why its dying on me...

I love the bow on the backback!! It will be great if they can make the straps wider or sell wider wider backpack straps separately. Currently with a 13 inch Macbook Pro, it's a bit too heavy on my shoulders.

It's actually not that little it's quite big, fits a lot in it and it works great, the bow will flip to the other side when you open the bag but it's not a deal breaker
